Lori McPhee was educated at Arnold School, Blackpool and Blackpool and Fylde College and went on to read Law at The University of Central Lancashire. Lori completed her Professional Qualifications at the College of Law in York.
Lori qualified as a solicitor in 1994 and became a partner with Taylor McPhee Solicitors in 2009.
Lori is a keen horse rider and lives on the Fylde Coast with her three children.

David Taylor – Solicitor/Partner
Experienced in all aspects of sales and purchases of businesses and tenanted properties; the granting of new leases; the renewal of Leases and application under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954; the formation and dissolution of Limited Companies and all matters relating to company transfers; re-organisations, sales and purchases and whitewash procedures; acting for domestic Landlords in the creation of new Leases and taking possession proceedings where necessary; the creating and granting of private mortgages, advising on loans and on guarantees; experienced in the sale and purchase of Day Nurseries, Children's Homes, hotels, etc., particularly experienced in the development of greenfield and brownfield sites for either housing or commercial development through to the ultimate sales or leases of the various units; advising on rights of way and or breaches of contract.
David is Head of the Commercial Department. He qualified more years ago than he cares to say, but he does remember that the road signs were in Latin! He is very experienced in all commercial matters and was Senior Partner in his own firm for some 25 years. He now wishes to concentrate on the law without the responsibility of running a business. He has also sat as a Deputy District Judge and spent some time with Halliwells in Manchester gaining commercial experience.
